Instituto de Biologia Experimental e Tecnologica (IBET)

The Instituto de Biologia Experimental e Tecnológica (iBET) is leading all Lithium related aspects of the SEArcularMINE work. In particular, iBET leads the experimental and modelling activities related to the development of Li-selective membranes, carbon flow-electrodes, and the Lithium-Membrane Flow Capacitive Deionization (Li-MFCDI) stack. Additionally, iBET provides crucial support for the development of the Li2CO3 crystallizer and assists in the integration and testing of prototypes.
